Papa's Scooperia is a time management and cooking game, the fourteenth installment in the Papa Louie series by Flipline Studios. You visit Oniontown but unfortunately lose all your money and belongings. Papa Louie offers you to stay and manage his new ice cream shop to earn money to return home.
